...We also appreciated Burton Webb's help in getting our building permit as we had a hard time with our city inspector approving our prints..We have been very pleased with most everything. Our most appreciative person was Jeff (the technical assistance man) He was very nice and we really appreciated all of his help and support. We would have had problems with our blueprints if we had not had him helping us. Thank you for allowing us to have his help. TLH has been very helpful to us before buying and after buying our TLH. Jonathan Jackson, our Tennessee Log Home salesperson has been very helpful with any questions we had. Stan (drafting) and Jeff (technical assistance) have been great and never got upset when I could call with questions about our new TLH. We have been very happy so far. I feel like all in all we received fair and reasonable service. In fact many people in this area have stopped to look at our new home and my in-laws are planning to build a cabin the the next few years. I have all of the materials received from TLH and have shared your name with several couples.

My wife and I first contacted Rich Mencl back in June 1999. He invited us to his log home so that he may introduce us to log home living first hand. From my first meeting with him, I knew that he would do his best in meeting our needs for our first and hopefully only home.
