At Tennessee Log Homes, we utilize technology, the internet and the new connected world to serve you better.  Since we have salespeople all over the USA and the world, we have developed internet-based, ONLINE systems to produce and deliver package price quotations, materials lists and even Purchase Agreements.  Our salespeople may access these ONLINE systems from anywhere in the world where an internet connection is available.  Your requests are immediately transferred to our corporate offices for review and release, then delivered to your computer for consideration.  When you're ready, just print your Purchase Agreement, sign it, include the proper deposit, and mail it in. Next, as you begin the process of customizing and finalizing your blueprints, you can interact with our drafting department and Design Center in much the same fashion.  We will provide you with software to view your plans on your own computer and even mark them for changes.  When you're finished, just send them back to our Design Center for revision.  Files are transferred via email for great speed and efficiency. All of our corporate employees have a full-time connection to email and the internet at their desks.  95% of our dealers also have internet and email access at their homes and offices.  We will continue to develop these tools and systems to serve you in a more efficient and effective manner.
